Fall Foilage.....

 Our lives have changed forever....and still through it all I am reminded of the beauty of this thing called life.  We go through the seasons with the expectations that they bring....spring with it's signs of new life, winter with it's quiet nights filled with freshly fallen snow.  And yet, (for me at least) there is no other time that is so majestic than Autumn.  The fall colors come to life as they rear themselves in lush yellows, oranges, greens and reds.  Match this with a blue sky and a reflection off of a lake.....well you will see what I mean:

Majestic Splendor....I'm not much for landscapes, but I couldn't pass this up.

 

 

 

Throughout this pandemic, most of us have been stuck inside the confines of our homes. While for many this has been a blessing and a curse, (all about how you view it) for me it has been especially hard being a photographer and an "essential" worker. Because of the obvious changes in society, it left little to no time to take pictures. This became a disappointing time for me, but as with all things, things change. I was able to focus on one of my other pursuits, namely songwriting. This helped me through, but I still yearned to "get out" and take photos.

The Following is the result of finally getting out in the wild and taking some photos. If there is not another time to take photos, autumn is! I was able to take these at Rents
chler Forest Metro park in Butler County Ohio.  I hope you enjoy them as much as do...it was so therapeutic  just to get out and take them. Enjoy!
